Hey y'all. My name is Brandan and welcome to blovesthelove, my blog site that primarily shares my reviews on romance novels and novellas.

I started reading romance books when I was in middle school, way too young to understand what I was reading, but I devoured them nonetheless!

I found my way back to romance when I was in my 30's after reading the book review section in the Washington Post. The focus was on romance that week and I picked up a recommended Beverly Jenkins historical. Needless to say, I have been hooked ever since!  I have moved from hardcopies to ebooks (much easier to carry from place to place), but the love for the genre has not waned.

The primary focus for this site will be romance but I will sprinkle in many of my other loves like travel, food, working out, fashion, the moon and anything else that sparks my fancy.
