To Kill a Badger by Shelly Laurenston

Ok. You HAVE TO read the other books in this series to have a fighting chance of knowing what’s going on. Hell, I’ve read all of them and even some of the other series with characters that pop in and I was often lost. There are so many names!

This book focuses on Nelle, an extremely wealthy honey badger shifter from a prominent Asian family and Keane. Keane is a Mongolian tiger shifter, also of Asian (Mongolian) heritage by way of New Jersey, and his hell bent on revenge for who ever killed his father.

These 2 make an unlikely pairing because Nelle is incredibly likable, rich, personable and a fixer and Keane is not. But, they have a common enemy and that is the lion shifter family who is trying to kill them all.

It’s a crazy good time but I enjoyed this book the least of the series. There was just so much going on all over the place that it was hard keeping up. The sexy sexy times (when it got there) was good but I don’t know if I was truly convinced that they should be a couple.

Anywho, totally recommend the series. It’s entertaining with a side of gore and sexy. 😏
