This was such a feel good book by @kennedyryan1 If you’ve ever gone to an HBCU and/or attending an HBCU reunion, this is like a warm hug. You can tangibly feel the angst and longing between Naomi and Toire, which only adds to the novella.

I read the first book in this novella series YEARS ago. Somehow I made it back and finished the last 2 over the weekend. This book, Touch of Sugar, is book 3 and you are on go from page 1.

20 years is a lot of time to turn over a new leaf though. And the reunion proves to be the perfect time for Set and Kareema to feel each other out. And “feel” they do because BABEE! The bedroom sexy sexy times did not disappoint!

Ok. If you are any way not interested in sex and ALLLLL that could be involved, do not pick up this book because babeee! You are in for a nasty ride!

This is a two parter so be prepared to read both! I enjoyed them but it is MESSY boots. An engaging ready but know that there is some editing challenges.

It’s after thanksgiving, I’m always down for a Ms Bev book and seems time for holiday thangs! This was a cute and sexy story. I enjoyed reading about Eve and Layton. And how 1 night together eased into so much more.
