don’t know what made me think of this book, but it had me searching deep in my archives to find it! I read this book 10 years ago! I can’t even begin to think what 2016 Brandan was thinking but I enjoyed this reread.

I was all set to give this book 4 stars. It was good and I enjoyed it, but did I love it? Welp, I knew I needed to upgrade the rating when I finished it and damn near reread the book again immediately after! The dialogue, banter and character growth between Aaliyah and Von was incredibly well done.

A snack sized novella that packs a punch.

I saw the cover and was immediately intrigued. Then I saw a few IG posts recommending it and added it to my TBR. Next, a close friend told me she read it in 1 sitting, so I went ahead and purchased it and got to reading. Best decision!

Ok. If you are any way not interested in sex and ALLLLL that could be involved, do not pick up this book because babeee! You are in for a nasty ride!

This was a book that started with a woman who's heart was not well taken care of to finally meeting a partner that wanted nothing but the best for her. Just lovely.
